Crunch Time

With only a handful of days left in the current cycle, I find myself narrowing in on agents. I could have met that goal a few days ago, but aside from getting a query letter out there, I need to do it right also.

Good news! It's a suppository!

No, it's actually that I've got the query letter done, with the exception of filling in addresses and putting in a line appropriate for the agent I'll contact. I'm still figuring out which agent to send to first. I'd send to both, but since they're from the same agency, it's best to give one a shot, then, if necessary, approach the other.

Bad news... It's a suppository!

Actually, I've got to write another synopsis. I wrote the big one, rolling in a 27 pages. The other day I started a new one, aiming at a 10-12 page length, but I found that the length I needed was one or two pages. Joy.

But I'm almost there. Just a little further...
